About Battlekart Sittingbourne

BattleKart Sittingbourne is the chain's Kent venue, located at Hooks Hole Farm, Chestnut Street, ME9 8DA, Borden, near Sittingbourne. It runs BattleKart's format of electric karting combined with video games and augmented reality: you drive a real electric kart while different game modes are projected onto the floor, across six modes (BattleRace, BattleColor, BattleSnake, BattleVirus, BattleFoot and BattlePool), with no physical obstacles on the track. Anyone at least 1.45m (4'9″) tall can play, with no minimum age, and no helmet is required thanks to an anti-collision system that brakes the kart automatically; only the seatbelt has to be fastened. Sessions run for groups of 2 to 12 players.

Outside school holidays, the venue is closed Monday and Tuesday, opens 16:00-20:00 on Wednesday and Thursday, 16:00-22:00 on Friday, 09:00-22:00 on Saturday and 09:00-20:00 on Sunday; during half-term and bank holidays it opens every day instead. Pricing is per person and per game, from £15.95 to £19.95 depending on the day and how many games are played in the same visit. Sittingbourne offers deals for parties of 8 or more players, with a function room for food and drink, plus a conference room with a TV included in group bookings for presentations or meetings. Up to all 12 karts can be booked for a privatised game, and the venue also markets exclusive centre hire and team-building days for companies. Free on-site parking is available, and the venue gives a 10% discount to Blue Light Card and student card holders, alongside a loyalty card for repeat visits.
