Imola 2

Imola 2 is a circuit in Morciano di Leuca (Italy) offering kart and pit-bike rental as well as races. The track is 8 metres wide on the start straight and 6 metres on the rest of the layout; it features an uphill section followed by a spiral descent inspired by the Laguna Seca corkscrew and an Indianapolis-style corner leading onto the finish straight. It has night lighting, a timing system and a refreshment point with a bar.

The fleet includes SODI 270cc karts with 10 hp engines and adjustable seats and pedals, plus a passenger kart driven by an adult, with a steering wheel on the passenger side too (minimum passenger height 1.10 m). Children and young people up to 14 receive instructions from staff and an engine-off trial before going on track at reduced speed. In the summer period the track is open from 17:00 to 21:00; hours may change. A hygienic balaclava is mandatory.
