Kartbahn-Waldshut has a reception area, a bistro and a 3,300 sqm kart hall with a 400 m track whose layout is regularly redesigned. The published fleet consists of 12 "Ticketkarts", 2 children's karts and 14 racing karts. The site states that indoor karting championships such as the Schwarzwald-Cup, the Swiss Karting League, the Indoorkartliga and the Süddeutsche Hallenkart-Meisterschaft are held there. A training session takes place every Tuesday from 18:00, by registration only, including briefing, racing-line work and analysis, with 30 minutes of driving time: 30 euros for children and 35 euros for adults aged 18 and over. Children under 14 need a junior kart licence, obtained through the Junior kart course held every Sunday at 10:00 (ending around 11:30, arrival by 09:45) for 50.00 €, including balaclava and junior certificate. Exclusive track bookings (prices including 7 karts) are offered at 50 € per person from 6 drivers and 45 € per person from 7 drivers, for 30 minutes of track rental with briefing, 9 minutes of qualifying, starting grid, race and a medal ceremony for the first three. The site states that anyone wishing to drive must speak German or English for safety reasons, that damage to rental helmets incurs a 20 euro fee, and that bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
