Karting Orford
About Karting Orford
Karting Orford is a family entertainment centre in Magog, in Quebec's Eastern Townships, right off exit 123 of Highway 10. The venue runs two floodlit outdoor tracks: the 600-metre Circuit Sherbrooke Mitsubishi, built for families with single and side-by-side double go-karts, a bridge and a tunnel; and the 1.4-kilometre Circuit Hyundai Magog, with a long straight and a winding section for overtaking, whose layout changes every month except August.
Seven types of vehicles are on offer depending on age and height, from a double go-kart open from age 2 (riding with an adult) up to the 13 hp kart reserved for drivers 16 and over. Individual 20-minute sessions run without a reservation; groups of at least 10 people can book one of three packages (Grand Prix, Premium, Extrême), with exclusive track access granted from 15 participants. The venue is open from mid-March to mid-November depending on snow cover, daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. during the main season (June to September).
