About Kartodromo
Kartodromo MyKart Montecatini is an indoor karting track run by SSD MyKart, based at the bus terminal in Montecatini Terme (Pistoia province, Tuscany), a short walk from the town centre. Open since 2010 and rebuilt in early 2017 under its current sports-association status, it is run by a motorsport entrepreneur and rally driver, together with his wife, daughter and a team of experienced staff. The renovated 500-metre track is driven in electric Sodi RSX karts powered by lithium-polymer and lead-gel batteries, for a quiet ride with constant power. You need to be at least 1.45 metres tall to drive.
Entry pricing starts at €13 for an 8-minute Corsa Libera free run, followed by six Grand Prix formats up to €85 for the GP Extreme, each awarding a cup to the top three qualifiers and a medal to every participant; a €3 annual membership fee applies on top of the track price. The track is closed on Mondays, though it may open by reservation only for a private or corporate event, and otherwise welcomes you Tuesday to Friday from 20:30 to midnight and on weekends from 17:00 to midnight. A room can be booked for birthday parties (€100 for two hours, €150 for three), and session booking is by phone.
