Mosport Karting Centre

Mosport Karting Centre is the permanent karting facility at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (the former Mosport raceway) in Clarington, near Bowmanville, about an hour's drive from Toronto. The track is a 1.5 km asphalt loop with 12 turns and several elevation changes, reconfigured and repaved in 2014, and can be broken into several layouts for different events.

Unlike a typical pay-per-session rental track, Mosport runs mainly as a racing club: the MADRL (Mosport Arrive & Drive Racing League) requires mandatory rookie training before anyone can drive, with a first-timer rate (training plus track time) of $110 + HST, followed by an annual membership for access to open practice and race days. The venue also runs a half-day or full-day Race Kart Experience (Kid Kart from age 4, 4-cycle Briggs & Stratton and 2-cycle ROK karts from age 8), plus corporate and group packages (Grand Prix, team endurance, heat races) for 10 or more people aged 16 and up, with a trackside viewing lounge and hospitality tent.
