Pista Minimoto Chessa Benito

Kartodromo Chessa is located at Loc. Rovete 71, in Scansano, in the province of Grosseto. The track was built in 1987 for radio-controlled model cars before being adapted for minimoto and then karts; it runs counterclockwise for about 280 metres with a maximum width of 6 metres, was fully resurfaced in 2018, and was last homologated in 2003. It's run by Motoclub Team Fuori Di Testa a.s.d., affiliated with UISP and ASI, alongside the on-site Bar Chessa Cocoon.

You can rent a kart or a minimoto here, including a two-seater kart, in open sessions, and the minimoto school takes children from age 6. The track can also be hired out for a timed session with free practice, qualifying and two races, or for a party by reservation. Standard opening hours are Saturday and Sunday, 15:00 to 19:00; outside those slots, access is by phone reservation only, and extra summer evenings are announced separately at times that vary from month to month. The track closes in bad weather.
