Teamworks Karting

Teamworks Karting Halesowen, listed by the chain under the internal label Birmingham West, is one of six UK venues run by Teamworks Karting, based at 225 Dudley Road, Halesowen, B63 3NR. Karting takes place indoors, on a two-level circuit described by the site as having challenging corners and a darkened tunnel. The standard adult format runs on 200cc karts, and dedicated cadet karts are available for younger drivers. Access starts from age 8 and a minimum height of 125cm. Pre-booking is described as essential across the chain, through the online booking page, and a full-face helmet, a racesuit, a balaclava and gloves are provided; closed-toe shoes must be brought by the driver.

The venue also hosts stag and hen parties and children's karting parties, and lists conference facilities, catering and a bar/cafe among its on-site amenities, along with on-site parking. Group formats offered across the Teamworks Karting chain include Grand Prix Karting, with the track reserved exclusively for a minimum of 10 drivers aged 16 and over, and Team Racing, a 2-hour Le Mans-style race for adult groups of 30 drivers or more. This venue is not listed among the chain's laser tag or simulator racing locations.
