Wavre Indoor Karting
About Wavre Indoor Karting
Wavre Indoor Karting (WIK) is a 100% electric indoor karting venue on Boulevard de l'Europe in Wavre, Walloon Brabant. Its 530-metre track spreads over two levels and strings together 21 corners, with a lap taking around 52 seconds; the PGK Design resin surface is lined with an impact absorption system. The fleet counts 32 electric karts, plus two twin-seaters and hand-controlled karts for drivers with reduced mobility: WIK is the first karting track in Belgium certified Access-i. The batteries are recharged by the building's solar panels.
You can drive from age 3 in the Wiki Racer mini karts, from age 8 and 1.30 m in the Kids & Family sessions, and from age 15 in the adult sessions. The venue also caters to groups and companies (E-Sprint, E-Long Race and E-Championship formulas from 10 drivers, private rooms, catering), and adds 10 racing simulators, a sports bar overlooking the track, a spectator walkway and changing rooms with showers. Booking before you come is mandatory, and a membership card (5 EUR/year) is required for sessions.
