West Country Karting

West Country Karting is an outdoor karting venue at The Lake, Trench Lane, Bradley Stoke, on the north side of Bristol, sharing its site with West Country Water Park. The track is advertised as approximately 400 metres of tarmac, and sessions run on a fleet of SodiKart GT4 karts fitted with Honda petrol engines, hydraulic disc brakes and racing slicks, reaching speeds of up to 50mph. Drivers must be at least 16 years old.

Taster sessions cost from £15 per person for 15 minutes, or £25 for 30 minutes, including a driver briefing and safety equipment. The venue also runs team endurance races from £45 per person, open to teams of 8 or more drivers who complete 120 to 180 laps with driver changes roughly every 8 to 10 laps, with a trophy for the winning team. The venue is popular for stag and hen parties and corporate team-building events, with free on-site parking close to the M4 and M5.
