Aviemore Kart Raceway

Aviemore Kart Raceway is an outdoor go-karting track at Granish, on the edge of Aviemore in the Scottish Highlands. Arrive and Drive time trials run in 10 minute slots, with different karts by age: Kiddie's battery karts from age 3, Kadet karts from age 8, a shared RT-200 kart from age 13, a Tandem twin kart for a driver aged 17 or over with a passenger from age 4, and the RT-270 kart for drivers aged 17 and over. The track is open every day except Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and it runs in all weathers, with waterproof suits available to borrow.

Group bookings need at least eight drivers and three days' notice, with race formats including the Sprint Race, the Grand Prix and the Maxi Grand Prix on 200cc or 270cc karts. The venue welcomes stag and hen parties, school groups, workmates and families, and it provides race suits and helmets free of charge, while drivers bring or buy their own balaclava and gloves.
