Green Kart
About Green Kart
Green Kart is an indoor karting complex in Échirolles, about five minutes south of Grenoble. Its covered 500-metre track spans two levels and features 14 turns, built to international standards by PGK Design. As its name suggests, the SODI karts run on bioethanol, a fuel presented as more environmentally friendly. Adults drive 270 cc SODI SR5 karts (from age 14 and 1.40 m) in 10-minute timed sessions, while children aged 7 to 13 have their own 160 cc SODI LR5 karts (from 1.30 m) in 8-minute sessions, alternating with the adults.
An adult session costs €25 (€22 with a student card) and a children's session €18, with discounted 2- and 3-session packs. The venue is open Wednesday to Sunday (2 pm to 10 pm on weekdays, until 8 pm on Sunday), with extended hours during school holidays; booking is strongly recommended. Green Kart also welcomes groups from 10 drivers with several race formats (Trophée, Challenge, Super Challenge, Endurance GK), plus birthdays, stag and hen parties, team building and works-council events, around a 200 m²+ reception area and a driving simulator.
